The rider suffered fatal injuries in the crash. His passenger, a 61-year-old Dunnellon woman, suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital.

FHP did not release the identities of the motorcyclist or his passenger. The agency did not identify the county in which the crash occurred or provide additional information about what may have caused the rider to lose control.
