A 55-year-old Archer man was killed Saturday night after his sedan left Northeast 105th Avenue and struck several trees. FHP said the driver was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.

A 68-year-old bicyclist died after being struck by an SUV Wednesday night on Tower Road in Alachua County. The impact separated the rider from his bicycle, which entered the opposite lanes and was run over by another vehicle.

Two Cross City men were killed Thursday afternoon in a collision with a tractor-trailer in Gilchrist County. The Florida Highway Patrol said their sedan failed to yield at a stop sign before entering the truck’s path.

A 63-year-old Naples man died after his Chevrolet struck a stopped Toyota on Davis Boulevard in Collier County. The Toyota’s 22-year-old driver was not injured.
